We start this new season of cooking workshops on January 26, Saturday, at 4:00 p.m., with a preparation and tasting of Ramen by Ms Margaret Morelló. The Ramen is a Japanese dish. It consists of Chinese style wheat noodles that are served in a broth based on meat or fish, often marinated with soy sauce or miso, and uses ingredients such as cut pork, dry algae, cottage cheese and green onions
