Viewpoint Albert Rull de la Tancada

This viewpoint located in the raft Tancada is adapted for access to people with reduced mobility.

The lagoon of La Tancada is the second largest lagoon of the Ebro delta, after the Encanyissada and contains very interesting environments, especially one of the best preserved salt lakes that borders the lagoon by the sea and the bay.

Birds that can be observed

  •  cormorants
  •  herons
  •  flamingos, common spoonbill and glossy ibis
  •  anatidae and grebes
  •  seagulls and terns
  •  seabirds

Among the fauna include the birds of cane fields, ducks, the ardeidae (the imperial heron, the heron, etc). As well as the ducks, fumarels, stilts, coots, cormorants, and we can usually see a colony of flamingos. In the extensive saltwater areas  waders, gulls, black-footed borer and terns raise their brood  in the spring
