Balada

Tiny town on the right bank of the Delta, near the River Ebro, attached administratively to Amposta and Sant Jaume d'Enveja.
One of the principal attractions here is the "Gran Baladre", a bush from which the town takes its names and which has grown to such enormous size as to be catalogued as a Monumental Tree.
Balada is an ideal starting-point for discovering the river environment: riverside forest and fruit and vegetable growing.
A small jetty has been built in Balada for river fishing and as a mooring place for small boats.
