The works are part of a restoration project begun in 2009 that aimed to order the use of public space and clean the place of man-made elements and species of plants not own Fangs. The project has received support from Tarragona Province, Obra Social "la Caixa" and Fundació Pedro Mata.
During this conditioning process, the brigade of the Natural Park of Delta del Ebro Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Natural Environment and formed by users of the Foundation Pedro Mata also pulled 2 cars, 31 m3 of construction waste and 504 trees corresponding to aliens. In the area replanted 206 trees were related to vegetation from space.
We have also created an interpretive trail delimiting the property with a perimeter fence of wood and has adapted the first section of track about 500 meters for people with reduced mobility, making available five tusks. Finally, we installed a wooden ramp to observe high panoramically the tusk of Fig.

The Fangs Baltasar
These points of upwelling groundwater, originating from the rain that falls on the mountains nearby limestone Montsià, Transportation and Sierra del Boix-cards. When the aquifer comes from these mountains to the Delta meets impermeable clay and materials, emerging to the surface and creating a circular shape typical of these Bassetes od'ull, whence comes the name.
In 2009 the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta acquired the estate of the Fangs of Balthazar, which has about 50 groups of diameters ranging between 0.5 and 50 m and its depth varies between 0.5 and 9 m, and sit on an area of peat power plant 7 min.
