These recommendations are embodied in the Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 1.0 Site.

Measures have been taken for this purpose are:
- The images are displayed with descriptive text alternative to allow screen readers to interpret those who use such images.
- Simplified navigation system through trace route, known as "bread crumbs" navigation bar.
- Access via keyboard shortcuts to the main options.
- Ability to enhance and restore the default font size.
- Possibility of change of style for displaying content by High Contrast.
- Using the W3C standards, XHTML Strict, CSS 2.1 valid and accessibility guidelines for web content (WCAG level AAA).
- Compatibility with major browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari and it is recommended a minimum resolution of 1024x768 for optimal viewing
- Has been avoided as far as possible, use tables to organize the contents, replacing them in layers. In cases in which failed to prevent their use, has implemented the necessary code so that they can interpret correctly. Only tables have been used to specify page content.
